Due to Covid-19, Kentucky lawmakers introduced new ways to vote, including vote by mail and early voting. While the expanded access was a victory, there was no central information center for Kentucky voters. The campaign addressed this need with Kentucky Votes.

Website

Since there was no government produced voter information tool, we created Kentucky Votes to help clarify the voting process for all Kentuckians. COVID-19 introduced more ways to vote (e.g. by mail, early voting and voting on election day) than ever before, but details varied by county. Subsequently, county clerks across Kentucky directed their constituents to the website and utilized the materials we provided.

Digital Ads & Social Graphics

The goal of the Kentucky Votes digital ads and social graphics was to provide information to voters that was neutral, non-partisan and trusted. It was essential that this information be as simple and clear as possible. This was done through simplified typography and illustration styles, and a politcally neutral color palette.
